Monixa Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Monixa mobile application (“App”) or the Monixa website and related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App or Services.
2. Services Provided
Monixa is an AI-powered market analysis platform providing personalized investment recommendations, real-time alerts, and market insights. All investment decisions are made by you through your own accounts — Monixa does not execute trades or hold funds.
3. Platform Disclaimer (App Store & Google Play)
These Terms are between you and Monixa Inc., not with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or their subsidiaries. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By downloading or using Monixa, you confirm you meet this requirement.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of Monixa.
- Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt our systems.
- Use the App for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, AI models, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and related assets are owned by Monixa Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the App without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability & Financial Disclaimer
Monixa is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment manager. The App provides information “as-is” without warranties. All investments carry risk; you act solely at your own risk. Monixa will not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the App or its recommendations.
8. App Usage Requirements
Some features may require:
- A stable internet connection.
- Device permissions (e.g., notifications, storage).
You are responsible for any data or mobile charges.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available in the App and on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dover, Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
